Dote Policy

To secure a spot, a card on file is mandatory. You will not be charged until completion of service and you may choose another way of payment.*1
The card is held to secure your booking and will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time or do not show.

There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointment slots. Please keep in mind that if appointments are booked back to back and you are late to your appointment time, we may have to shorten your service length. However, it is also within Dote's right to forfeit your appointment, therefore leading to cancellation fees*2.

All services at Dote Studio require a completed intake and consent form specific to the service being booked. This paperwork must be finalized before your service begins. Forms will be sent to you digitally in advance, or may be completed in person at the start of your appointment. Please note that declining to complete the required forms will result in the cancellation of your booking.*3

A secure booking and payment system is used for all transactions. This is how you receive appointment confirmation. Cash or card are the only payment types accepted.*4

Dote Beauty Studio and its staff reserve the right to discontinue service at its discretion and for any reason. Failure to comply with business policy will result in discontinuation of service and all associated charges and fees.
